Kidtropolis at Children’s Museum of Houston

This 4,750 SF permanent exhibit for children ages 5-12 is a city for kids, run by kids. The exhibit’s “brick and mortar” features nine different businesses including a city hall, news bureau and bank. Visitors can earn an income by role-playing in any of 25 different jobs including: bank teller, loan officer, detective, EMT, market manager or city planner. After children “work” at a job they collect a paycheck.
