Rick Vanzini, Senior Designer

Rick's background in architecture and theater provide him with a unique set of abilities when creating environments. While maintaining architecturally correct scale and circulation, he uses theatrical techniques such as scale shifts, altered perspective, color and light to tell the story. His proficiency in 3D Vectorworks has allowed us to create structurally complex pieces. He has designed for a variety of venues, including: the Berlin production of Blue Man Group; Steve Van Zandt’s Underground Garage Band Festival; architecture, commercial, film, and theater projects. He has worked on nearly all of ADI’s projects since its founding. Rick lives in Los Angeles and works remotely with ADI’s Brooklyn office.
